Daniel Kahmann
Dan is the president and founder of Kahmann Custom Homes. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked as an engineer for Armco Steel managing multi-million dollar projects before he began his career in Home Building in 1987.
Dan is no stranger to the home construction industry. His grandfather started building homes in the 1930’s which was continued by his father. Dan was out on construction sites since his earliest days and was leading framing crews at the age of 16. Since he started his home building career, Dan has designed and built hundreds of homes in the Dayton area. His attention to detail and personal attention to the Buyer has made his homes some of the most prized in the South Dayton area.
Deborah Kahmann
Debbie graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in Information Processing Systems. She worked for Kettering Medical Center as a Systems Analyst before her career in Home Building started in 1991.
Debbie is a Real Estate Agent/Broker, does accounting and payroll, and helps with selections and design of Models.
Christopher Kahmann
Chris graduated from Mount Saint Joseph University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a minor is Computer Information Systems. He also went to school at Clark State Community College and achieved his Computer Programming Departmental Certification in 2015.
Chris is our project manager. Before joining our team in 2020, he worked for Tata Consultancy Services as a Software Engineer. Chris has grown up working with his father in our construction company and knows various aspects of home building.
